Where we work
Based in Melbourne, working across every state and territory. Investigator licensing in Australia is administered state by state — each page below sets out the regulator, the courts we serve into, and the land titles registry for that jurisdiction.

The pages above cover Australia's main centres, but tracing is conducted nationally — including Hobart, Darwin, and regional and remote areas in every state. Desk-based work is priced the same wherever the subject is located; only field attendances carry travel, which is quoted upfront.
If the location you need is not listed, tell us — the answer is usually yes.
Frequently asked questions
Do you cover all of Australia?
Yes — every state and territory, metropolitan and regional. We are based in Melbourne and deliver Australia-wide coverage, so an interstate matter does not require you to engage a second agent.
Do I need a different investigator for each state?
No. A single engagement covers matters that cross state lines, which is common in debt recovery and litigation where a party has moved interstate.
Is investigator licensing the same in every state?
No. Australia has no national investigator licence — each state and territory licenses under its own legislation and regulator. Work in each jurisdiction is conducted in accordance with the requirements applying there.
Do you charge more for regional or remote work?
Desk-based tracing is priced the same regardless of location. Field attendances in regional and remote areas carry travel time, which is quoted upfront rather than added afterwards.
My town is not listed — can you still help?
Almost certainly. The city pages cover the main centres, but tracing is conducted nationally and field attendances can be arranged in most populated areas. Tell us the location and we will confirm.
Need to locate someone?
Tell us what you know and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help — before you commit to anything.
